Anthony brings more than 20 years of experience in state government and health care to his role at First Focus on Children/First Focus Campaign for Children. In various director positions with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, Anthony monitored program quality, directed licensing and credentialling, and tracked federal legislative and regulatory activities.
