With respect to the Child Tax Credit, it is well past time to put aside ideological differences, notions of \u201cdeservedness\u201d related to adults that impose harm to millions of children, and the decades of failure to fully address the needs and concerns of children and families in this country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
